Steel Wire Reinforced Thermoplastics (PE) Composite Pipe is also called steel mesh pipe,steel mesh skeleton plastic composite pipe,STsCP pipe,SRTP pipe and SPE pipe.It is a new kind of pipe,whose strengthened skeleton is spirally winded around high-tensile steel wires in positive and negative directions.Its inner and outer side are made of HDPE and is extruded through the hot melt adhesive.It keeps good performance of the steel pipe and characteristics of cleanness,easily laid,reliable joint and long service life of plastic pipes,etc.It not only suits water supply and drainage,fire control and gas transmission of the municipal and buildings,but also can be used to transmit chemical ubstances,petroleum,medicine,and other industrial obstacles.

Characteristic

With long service life,it can be safely used for at least fifty years under normal conditions;

Good creep resistance, high enduring mechanical strength;

Good heat resistance;

Rigidity,impact resistance, good dimensional stability,moderate flexibility, hardness and softness;

The inside part of pipes is sleek and would not form scale. Its circulation volume is 30% more than that of steel pipe;

Two sides corrosion resistance;

Good self tracking performance;

Its unexceptionable wearability is four times the steel tube;

Excellent toughness. Even if the pipe is seriously distorted.it would not break because of its good earthquake-resistant performance;

The pipe is light and can be bent. It can be easily fixed and has low construction cost.


Structure

Steel wire reinforced thermoplastics (PE) composite pipe is a new kind of pipe, whose strengthened skeleton is spirally winded around high-tensile steel wires in positive and negative direction, and its inner and outer side are made of HDPE. The pipe is connected by modified polyethylene adhesive resin. It is constructed through the continuous In extrusion. Pipes are connected through electrical hot melt and connection strength is in concordance with the pipe body.
