Polyethylene(PE) Pipe for Water Supply

Polyethylene (PE) pipe is a pipe made mainly of polyethylene resin and extruded into shape. Our company uses high-quality polyethylene pipe special materials (PE80, PE100) to develop and produce two series of high-quality polyethylene (PE) pipes for water supply and gas use. They have the characteristics of light weight, fast construction, long service life, hygiene and safety, and are excellent green and environmentally friendly pipes.

Characteristic

Corrosion Resistance: Polyethylene is an inert material that can withstand corrosion from various chemical media, No electrochemical corrosion, no need for anti-corrosion protective layer.

High Tenacity: PE water supply pipe is a high-tenacity pipe with a general elongation at break exceeding 500%. It has strong adaptability to uneven settlement of the pipe foundation and is a pipe with excellent seismic performance.

 Safe and Non-toxic: PE pipes are light in weight, with simple welding technology, convenient construction, and low overall project cost.

Simple Construction: PE water supply pipes contain no heavy metal additives, do not incrustate, and do not breed bacteria.

Good Sealed: PE water supply pipes mainly adopt fusion connection (hot-melt connection or electro-fusion connection) and socket connection. Compared with rubber joint or other mechanical joints, there is no risk of leakage caused by joint distortion.

The PE water supply pipes produced by our company are divided into two series based on the raw materials used: PE80 and PE100. The PE100 series can be divided into SDR11, SDR13.6, SDR17, SDR21

SDR26 has five levels; The PE80 series is divided into five levels: SDR11, SDR13.6, SDR17, SDR21, and SDR33.
