Metal Reinforced Polyethylene (PE) Spiral Corrugated Pipe based on the overseas advanced technique for metal and plastic
tubing compounding, is a kind of PE metal compounding wall tube, whose invert is entwining structured. The wave structure helps
to maximize the high elasticity modulus of steel to make the pipe of high ring stiffness. The PE with stable chemical property on
both internal and external layers makes the pipe corrosion resistant and abrasion-resistant, ensuring its longevity service. The low
roughness coefficient of its invert guarantees the higher carrying capacity. The fistulous and wave structure makes it light,
strongly connected and convenient for construction. It is a kind of flexible pipe, with high earth deposition resistance. Plastic, glue
and steel tightly connected with pressure and corrosion resistance,high whole performance.
As a new kind of plastic pipe, MRP, with its high ring stiffness, is finely applicable to sewer work, such as rainfall, sewage and
wastewater drain-down system. It could be described as an industrial innovation to replace the pure-plastic pipe with MRP.

Characteristic

Excellent wear resistance---low pipe friction coefficient, small resistance, rapid speed for medium, drainage and sewerage transmission

High ring stiffness---could be achieved SN12.5, SN16.

Light weight---only I/8 weighs of concrete pipe and 2/3 weighs of traditional winding plastic structural pipe under the same specifications, convenient transportation and construction, without large equipment.

Strong pressure assistance---the pipe has the helix shape, when hit by external force, it is easy to be recovery, and not easy be broke under the stretch squeeze by adverse geological environment as earthquake and water marsh,

Cold resistance---pipes won't break and leak as freeze.

Aging resistance---pipe could be used for more than 50 years.

Corrosion resistance---the material(PE) would not be corrosive by acid and oil

with an inner surface, the polyethylene layer between melt and pipe will melt into

trough.

Clamp Connection

Clamp connection is the rigid method that the bolts fastening the 2.5 circular

outer sleeves in order to fasten the adjacent pipe ends and use the rubber plug

between the sleeve and the pipe wall.
